Frequently Asked Questions about Muzart
What ages do you accept for music and art lessons?
We welcome students from age 5 through adults and seniors. Our youngest students start with age-appropriate instruction designed to build foundational skills and a love for music or art. There’s no upper age limit — many of our adult students are beginners discovering a new passion.
Do you offer trial lessons?
Yes! We offer a $35 trial lesson for all programs. Private music lessons (piano, guitar, drums, and voice) and private art lessons include a 30-minute trial session, while group art classes include a 60-minute trial class. Your trial includes instruction with one of our experienced teachers, a tour of our facility, and a discussion about your goals so we can recommend the right program for you.
What is included in the monthly tuition?
Everything you need is included. For music students, that means all books, sheet music, theory materials, and digital practice resources. For art students, we provide a complete take-home art supply kit plus all in-studio materials, including access to iPad workstations for digital art. There are no hidden fees or extra material costs.
Do you prepare students for RCM examinations?
Absolutely. RCM examination preparation is one of our core strengths. Our piano and voice instructors provide structured preparation covering technical requirements, theory, sight reading, and ear training. Our students maintain a strong track record of achieving Honours and First Class Honours results.
Where are you located and is there parking?
We’re located at 225 The East Mall, Unit 11 in Etobicoke, Ontario — just off Highway 427 near Sherway Gardens and Cloverdale Mall. We offer free parking for all families. The studio is also accessible by TTC via the 111 East Mall bus route.
